East Cobb

East Cobb is a beloved affluent suburban community that sits about 20 minutes northwest of Atlanta and includes unincorporated parts of east Cobb County. There’s so much to do and see there and so many places to work that residents are finding they rarely have to travel into Atlanta. However, on those days when you just want to get away to the big city, the East Cobb area is convenient to Interstates 285 and 75 and Johnson Ferry Road, all of which will take you where you want to go.

East Cobb is made up of established neighborhoods with cozy brick ranch-style homes, new swim and tennis communities, and country club-style homes in gated communities. For example, East Park has 362 homes and is modeled after Colonial Williamsburg. Princeton Mill is a very social community with regular events for adults and children.
