Last year my wife and I decided to more within our community, Windward, in order to live on the lake. We were able to place a contract on a lake home with closing to take place mid – 1995. We then had to place our existing house on the market. We needed two things to occur. First, we needed to sell our house prior to mid – 1995 and second, we wanted to get the best price we could.
