Attractions and Amenities

Duluth Georgia is home to a superb historic railway museum that offers daily train rides with vintage steam engines. Situated on 30 acres, it’s an open-air museum and includes more than 90 pieces of rolling stock, including several engines, and is the site of several special events throughout the year. If you love sports, Duluth really does have it all. The city boasts several parks – the largest being the 45-acre Bunten Park. This beautiful recreation area features 4 lighted tennis courts, walking and jogging trails, and a 29,000 square foot activity/playground area for children. Duluth, located in Gwinnett County, is also just a short distance from Lake Lanier and Stone Mountain Park. Lake Lanier Islands features a water slide, wave pool, mini golf course, fishing, boating and many other recreational opportunities.
